1. INITIAL CONSULTATION & PROJECT PLANNING
At the beginning of all great design projects are it's foundations . . .
When our team sets to work on any project it is of vital importance that we know what our customer expects from the final product. During intitial planning a member of our team will discuss with you the following:
- Project Requirements & Expectations
- Timespan Requirements
- Budget Limitations
- Required Technologies
After our initial consultation, we at Digital Ink will work out the best options to move forward with your project whilst fulfiling your various requirements. Based on your criteria, we may have many options, and a member of our team will meet with you and go through your choices.
After agreeing with you on how to move the project forward, our talented team of creative professionals will develop your project, and don't forget, it's YOUR project. You will be at the heart of our team throughout the design process. The designs we develop will be subject to revisions/alterations throughout the design stage, as we will periodically request feedback from you, and only once you are entirely satisfied with the product will move to production/publication.
Once you're entirely satisfied with the finished designs we will produce/publish your project. If we are developing your website, then at this point your website would "go live", if its a print project then we would "go to press" either in our in-house print facility or through your preferred printer. The list could go on and on, but we think you get the idea. . .
4. POST-PUBLICATION MANAGEMENT
Some of our clients prefer us to continue managing their projects on an on-going basis, so they can get on with running their organisations. We offer monthly contracts on;
post-publication management, website hosting & management, social media management, print campaign management, SEO management, brand & corporate identity management.
We also offer print-only contracts for items that don't require design updates; (business cards, letterheads, compliment slips etc.).
